Shipping & Returns

The Lighthouse Gift Company return policy is below, but please contact us at (541) 637-5149 to discuss your specific needs.

  • Claims for shipping damages must be made within 3 days of delivery for orders of less than 1 case. For orders of more than 1 case, claims must be made within 7 days. Partial damage to case quantity orders will be handled with a refund for damaged items. Photographs of all damaged items must be submitted with your claim.
  • If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Product must be received back in good condition or no refund will be issued. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If you have received the wrong product, we will ship you a replacement at no charge or we can issue a refund. Claims for wrong products must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
  • If you have ordered customized product incorrectly, please contact us to discuss your options. In general, we will not accept returns of customized products but will work with you to find a solution if possible.
  • If you have purchased our products from a store and have an issue with them, please contact the store that you had purchased the product(s) from to discuss options available.
  • Products are shipping to the United States and Canada only.
  • Lighthouse Gift Company ships all products via either FedEx or USPS. All products are handmade to order and generally ship within five business days.
